Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and support software usage, collaborating with a cross-functional team to address complex client needs.

You will act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, organize events, and leverage TurboTax resources to deliver a seamless, year-round Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
