Zusammenfassung

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and uphold Intuit’s mission of empowering financial prosperity.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 1040s with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, 20 hours/week, weekdays; hours may scale during tax season.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence; tax content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Lead local marketing and community outreach to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional service and empathy.
