Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while also serving as a local community ambassador to build a client base.

You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, collaborating with a team of specialists to address personal and business tax needs, expand services, and enhance client financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
• Maintain professional standards and ongoing training to stay compliant.
