Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join TurboTax Local Service Experts in a TurboTax location across the United States. On-site roles empower you to provide hands-on tax help and build lasting client relationships.

You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, share expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services to create a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Active credentials: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
