Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team to provide end-to-end solutions, from simple W-2 returns to complex situations, while growing a local client base and serving as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s.
• Able to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community involvement.
• Collaborate with a network of specialists for full-service solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
