Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to expand into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver excellent in-person and virtual customer experiences.
