Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation and advisory services, while growing a local client base and connecting customers with Intuit’s ecosystem.

Role emphasizes in-person and virtual client interactions, continuous learning, and a community-focused, entrepreneurial mindset within a supportive marketing and product framework.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week; training and compliance requirements apply.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising with consent.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) during engagements.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professional conduct and clear tax guidance.
