Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site locations, providing full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance for clients both in person and virtually.

You will connect clients with the broader Intuit team for holistic financial services, drive local growth, and deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience for year‑round prosperity. The role requires on-site presence with flexible hours and a focus on community engagement.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising with your name/picture.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tax Expertise – Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador – Build and grow a new local customer base for TurboTax through outreach and community events.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem – Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships – Develop long-term trust and recurring client relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – Ensure professional, empathetic service and navigate tax-related challenges.
