Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support across local communities. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service and help grow the local client base through outreach and events.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA) certification or CPA license or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office with standard hours and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via digital tools.
