Job summary

Intuit seeks skilled TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services, serving clients in-person and virtually. You’ll collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences and help clients across personal and business tax needs.

You’ll build local relationships, participate in community outreach, and leverage marketing tools to expand the TurboTax client base while aligning with Intuit’s resources for year‑round support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s for individuals/families.
• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver full Intuit ecosystem solutions and ongoing support.
• Onsite presence 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, minimum 20 hours/week.
