Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, while coordinating with colleagues across business tax, payroll, bookkeeping and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client solutions. You'll grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach, events, and referrals, building long-term relationships and a trusted local presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow and maintain a local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
