Job summary

Intuit Inc. is looking for TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide comprehensive tax preparation, advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will engage with community partners to grow the client base, prospect for new business, and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
