Intuit, Inc. is seeking dynamic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax advice, complete returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll, while growing the local client base. You will engage with clients face-to-face and virtually, delivering an end-to-end Intuit experience and building lasting relationships in the community.

Qualificações

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours/week minimum; hours may scale up during peak periods.
• Must complete all required training and development; additional requirements may be introduced by the company.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be asked to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base using outreach and partnerships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by guiding clients to related services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build relationships and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear financial guidance.
