Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at our TurboTax locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will work on-site, provide full-service tax return preparation, connect customers with specialized experts, grow local client bases, and deliver a best-in-class experience using Intuit’s tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory.
• Onsite at TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week; 8am-5pm.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in training/marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax situations and tax planning.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base and drive customer loyalty.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience to clients.
