Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice, working with a team of financial professionals.

You will grow the local client base, collaborate with specialists, and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for clients in person and virtually. You will connect customers with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, acting as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced, community-focused role.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all training and development as determined by the business; training requirements may change.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence; create tax tips/resources per policy.
• Reside within the United States; obtain/state licenses as required.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Drive local growth by identifying prospects through outreach, marketing, and partnerships; grow the client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build lasting relationships with clients through tax engagements and meetings.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience via in-person and video interactions; assist with tax questions and planning.
