Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation, planning, and advisory support at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will partner with specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience for clients.

The role emphasizes local market growth, hands-on tax work, and delivering exceptional service in person and via digital tools. Flexibility for peak tax-season demand is required.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with complementary services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in person and via Intuit video tools to resolve inquiries.
