Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation, in-person and virtual client support, and proactive community engagement at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless client experience. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, organize community events, and leverage marketing tools to build long-term client

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season with professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/tax advisory with training provided
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and development as directed
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising
• Desire to build a local and online TurboTax presence and content
• Spanish bilingualism is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Build lasting relationships with clients and deliver end-to-end support
• Create a best-in-class customer experience through professional interactions and technology
