Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with strong knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office and able to work 20 hours/week, with training and development requirements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and foster relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and assist clients in achieving financial goals.
