Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a U.S. TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support while building a local client base and fostering community relationships.

You will work onsite with a team of tax professionals, engaging clients in-person and virtually, and coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
