Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site, in-person tax preparation and expert guidance at designated TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of financial specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services and connect clients with Intuit’s broader offerings for year-round support. Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional demeanor and clear financial guidance.
• Build long-term relationships and contribute to local market growth with marketing support.
