Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in on-site locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and support software usage while collaborating with a broader team of specialists for a complete financial picture.

You will drive local growth, build relationships, and deliver a premium customer experience, both in person and through virtual channels, contributing to year-round support

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax prep software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, ~20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development as needed.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/photo for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local client base and lead events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
