Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations, providing full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support to personal and business clients.

You will build relationships, expand the local client base, and work closely with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, training, and ongoing community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base for TurboTax and organize local events with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning to address needs.
• Build relationships with clients to create long-term loyalty and year-round engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
