You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and help clients understand deductions, credits, and future planning while collaborating with a broader team of specialists. Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Link clients to the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
