Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll deliver full‑service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while serving clients in person and virtually and building lasting local relationships. You’ll connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services—ensuring each person walks away with a clear path to financial wellness.

Formación

• EA/Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience using professional tax software and knowledge of tax laws.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds and provide future tax planning guidance.
• Advise on more complex scenarios including business income, investments and amendments.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Intuit teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax office and be the local face of TurboTax in the community.
