Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and coordinate with a team of specialists to serve clients end-to-end while expanding your local client base. You’ll engage with the community, grow relationships, and leverage TurboTax tools to deliver personalized, compliant tax solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, typical business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex cases.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver an end-to-end client experience with in-person and virtual interactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and use Intuit tools to support clients.
