Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, and work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions while growing your local client base. You will be a trusted guide, connecting clients to Intuit products and services, building long-term relationships, and delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years with 30+ federal/state Form 1040s annually using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office; 8:00–17:00 local time; at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development programs as required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic advisory is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Drive local growth by outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships to grow the client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma) as appropriate.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, both in person and via video tools, addressing inquiries.
