Intuit is seeking dedicated Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will engage with clients, understand their financial picture, and coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
