Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will engage with in-person and virtual clients, discuss personal and business tax scenarios, and deliver tailored tax solutions with support from a broader Intuit team.

You will build local client relationships, grow the client base in your community, and leverage marketing resources to create ongoing opportunities while ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to turn one-time transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
