Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, provide expert guidance, and support clients in person and virtually from a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work closely with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless client experience, from discovery through finalization, while growing local customer relationships. Role emphasizes on-site presence, hands-on tax advice, and collaboration with business, payroll, and advisory services to improve

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Serves as a community ambassador, growing local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide clients toward year‑round support.
