Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Replace and repair track defects, install ties and spikes.
• Use hand tools and operate radio communications.
• Clear brush, maintain drainage, and ensure track safety.
• Respond to track outages and emergencies.
• Work shifts may vary weekly, including nights and weekends.
