Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years' track experience.
• 5+ years in thermite or flash butt welding.
• 100% travel; territory covers St. Paul, MN to Bensenville, IL.
• Ability to lead a project plan/schedule.
• Strong leadership and the ability to inspire teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Mentor an average of 12 direct reports to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Review planned capital work and confirm material and execution requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for track projects.
• Develop and implement work processes to achieve continuous improvement.
• Promote adherence to safety policies and foster a safety culture.
• Evaluate planned capital work and ensure seamless project delivery.
