Job summary

Intuit in the United States seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations. You will provide tax expertise and serve as trusted advisors to help customers navigate tax needs.

As a local service expert, you will build a client base, lead community events, and connect clients with Intuit solutions, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while maintaining on-site hours.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory.
• Onsite work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide to connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Represent TurboTax locally and support community engagement and brand awareness.
