Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax preparation, and act as the local face of TurboTax in your community.

As a TurboTax Local Service Expert, you will identify prospects, lead local events, and promote Intuit solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience and continuing training in new services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Build a local customer base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
