Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services, serving individuals and small businesses with a holistic financial view. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, build local client relationships, and represent Intuit in community engagements.

Role requires onsite hours, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to grow a local practice while leveraging marketing tools and support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools
