Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You’ll work onsite with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients, and you’ll help grow the local client base through community outreach while partnering with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using tax software (Circular 230 knowledge preferred).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 schedule; training required.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end services.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Educate clients on Intuit ecosystem and cross-sell relevant services.
