Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will serve clients in-person and virtually, collaborate with a team of specialists, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.

You will integrate tax planning with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial services, guiding clients through complex scenarios while delivering a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to address client needs.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience and guidance using Intuit tools.
