Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will prepare taxes, provide expert guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with branding/advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Support connections to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver end-to-end Tax experience, coordinating with specialists as needed.
• Represent TurboTax in local community events and workshops.
