Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a dedicated location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax returns and provide expert tax guidance while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

The role emphasizes in-person client meetings, community engagement, and growth of local client bases. You will work onsite, support a range of tax scenarios, and leverage TurboTax tools to

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
