Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering comprehensive tax preparation, expert advice, and software support in a collaborative team setting.

You will engage with clients to understand their financial situation, provide deductions optimization, and connect them with broader Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, building lasting relationships in the local community.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
Active PTIN as required by law.
3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
onsite work 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
Build lasting client relationships and deliver end-to-end services.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
