Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver end-to-end tax services and local business growth at dedicated TurboTax locations. You will prepare taxes, offer expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s full ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You’ll be a trusted community ambassador, building lasting relationships while delivering best-in-class customer experiences in person and via virtual channels.

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
Active PTIN required to file taxes as per law.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
Build long-term relationships and deliver a premier customer experience in-person and virtually.
