Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve customers on-site at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will also grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and community events to expand

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–5:00 local, min 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all training and wear uniforms; advertising use of name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, deductions, planning and tax reviews.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
