Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice to individuals and small businesses.

You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists to provide a seamless client experience, from discovery through to year‑round support. You will actively grow the local client base, organize community events, and leverage TurboTax marketing resources to build lasting relationships, while helping

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours per week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Must be willing to complete all training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with a broad team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.
• Cultivate long-term relationships by delivering personalised tax planning and advisory services.
• Engage with the local community and represent TurboTax in events and marketing initiatives.
