Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance.

You will collaborate with specialists to address personal and business tax needs, and you’ll grow the local client base while supporting community outreach and marketing efforts. You will act as a trusted advisor across Intuit’s ecosystem, connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filing experience (1040) per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office and work 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
