Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax prep onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You’ll work closely with a team of tax and advisory specialists to deliver personalized solutions and grow the local client base. The role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, client education, and collaboration with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep exp. and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development; uniforms provided.
• Must reside in the United States; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond basic filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and convert prospects into loyal clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
