Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to personal and small-business clients in their community.

You will collaborate with a team of tax pros and leverage Intuit resources to grow the local client base and educate clients on services, while connecting them to a broader ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients to broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience on-site with flexibility in hours.
