Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and provide expert advice to individuals and small businesses. You will collaborate with a broad team covering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will engage with local clients, build ongoing relationships, and help grow TurboTax’s presence in the community while leveraging Intuit resources and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite work, 20+ hours/week during tax season.
• Willingness to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Local community outreach and growth activities helpful.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
• Deliver tax planning and deductions optimization.
• Coordinate with specialists for business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
