Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to join a Maryland location, delivering hands-on tax preparation for local clients on-site and virtually. You will work with a team of financial experts, expand the local client base, and coordinate with other specialists to ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for individuals and small businesses.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid 1040 federal/state returns filed per season using pro tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete required compliance training and upskilling as needed.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and appear in advertising materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local client base and leverage marketing tools to drive engagement.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Develop long-term relationships to generate year-round client value and referrals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via TurboTax video tools, addressing tax-related questions.
