Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized tax guidance at a local TurboTax office. You will engage with in-person and virtual clients, leveraging Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and connect clients with broader Intuit services.

Based in Maryland, you will join a collaborative team, grow a local client base, and participate in community outreach while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience across complex tax

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/business tax advisory with training from Intuit.
• Must work onsite, 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete training and development as required by business; uniforms provided.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients with tax-related questions.
