Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams in Maryland. You will provide hands-on tax expertise, complete returns, and guide clients through complex tax scenarios, blending advice with software support and local relationship building.

You will collaborate with a wide network of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience, grow the local client base, and help communities prosper while upholding Intuit’s standards and training.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building and growing a local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as needed.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
