This onsite role emphasizes local client growth, community engagement, and leveraging Intuit resources to build lasting relationships while maintaining high service standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base and establish long-term relationships in the community.
• Coordinate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
